What can I expect at a Fitness Alfresco Program?
Experienced and professionally qualified trainers, lead the way in and around the beautiful beaches and parklands of the Sydney metropolitan region. The fresh air is a great place to exercise as you burn calories, increase your fitness levels and improve total body tone. The sessions include a variety of movements, equipment and locations, keeping you motivated and determined to reach your goals.
What happens if it rains?
We are Fitness Alfresco, if it rains we get a little wet. If the session is still deemed safe by the trainer(s) on the day, the session will still go ahead. Please dress appropriately for wet weather to maximise safety and minimise getting drenched. If unsure, contact your trainer approximately 30 minutes prior to session starting.
What happens if I miss a session?
We have endeavoured to deliver a variety of top quality fitness programs which are professionally designed and well priced. If you end up missing a session there may be a cancelation fee associated with your program, so please check out our terms and conditions on applying for your program of choice.
Do I need to be super fit to participate?
Definitely NOT! By the way, what is super fit? Is it an Olympic athlete, your trainer, your best mate? We are not in the game of comparing bodies or fitness levels, but we are in the game of improving your current condition and taking you to the next level. So stop procrastinating.
I am reasonably fit, will I be challenged?
YES! Whether you train as a group or prefer the exclusivity of one on one training, we still treat everyone as special individuals. If you wish to be challenged, then we have the trainers for you!
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
Appropriate clothing and footwear for the session, towel, water and a BIG heart!
