Our Saturday morning training sessions will be held in the St George shire and the start time is 7am sharp. The outdoor group fitness program consists of a variety of movements and training styles.
Group Fitness Classes (GFC's) are extremely challenging, however all trainers have the ability to modify an exercise when required, avoiding injury and maximising results. Zoe Braithwaite and Anthony Kaleel are passionate about helping you improve your health and fitness.
CASUAL VISIT - $20 per session.
THE GFC & YOU
- Be ready at your session at least 5 minutes prior to start time as the 45 minute sessions begin on time, every time
- Bring a towel, water bottle and a BIG heart to every session.
- There is a minimum 4 participants. Any classes with less than 4 participants within one month may be cancelled.
